Beautiful country estate in Cazalla de la Sierra, within the Natural Park of the Sierra Norte de Sevilla.
It has a surface area of 55,3 ha, mostly of holm oak and cork oak pasture, although it also has a part of arable land.
It is located on the El Pintado reservoir, which it borders.
It has a fairly decent old house with three bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. The building is structurally well preserved, with a surface area of 125 m², which with the attached store rooms of about 100 m², could make a large house with the necessary renovation.
Its main characteristic, apart from its landscape value, is the abundance of water, a rather scarce resource in the area.
In this sense, it has a spring from which water gushes permanently all year round, and which is stored in two pools, a rectangular one measuring 15 x 9 metres and 3 metres deep, and a smaller round one.
The water reaches the house under its own weight and in the past, it irrigated a beautiful and enormous orchard of fruit trees and vegetables located between the pool and the house, which once fed the people who lived there.
There are several livestock installations, and the property has two 65m² cattle sheds, one next to the house and the other in the middle of the property. There is also a 250 m² shed.
At the entrance there are cattle handling facilities (corrals, chute, etc).
Solar energy is by photovoltaic panels which would need to be replaced by a modern and efficient installation.
The property has all the characteristics to become a large recreational property, where to live all year round in a completely self-sufficient way.
It is located 1 hour 15 minutes from Seville and 1 hour from the airport.
