Secondary housing
The main house is connected by a cobbled path to the secondary house, used for meetings and events. It consists of a room with 4 beds (2 bunk beds), a bathroom, sofa, music system and TV, stone kitchen and wooden furniture, with electrical appliances, integrated in a spacious dining room for more than 10 people, with barbecue and stone fireplace.
There are other buildings that could be adapted to improve the tourism offer, but they are far from the complex and are rustic buildings; one of them is a small shepherd’s hut with a fireplace.
The other building is currently used as a zahurda, but could be renovated and converted into a dwelling.
There are also two stone houses of 35 m² each, for the storage of the batteries; and another of the same characteristics, destined for the storage of sanitary water in a tank of 10.000 l that is fed by a natural spring during the whole year.
It is a magnificent recreational property which offers at the same time, several lines of business.
