The rehabilitation and reform project has been carried out by the famous architect Gloria Duran Torrellas, in which both, the original structure and the construction materials, have been respected, with special interest in interior and outdoor space design.

The main entrance is made through a surprising space, an entrance porch that is accessed through a large open arc to the outside, under a pitched roof, with wooden beams and exposed tile, chaired by numerous lamps expressly designed by Gloria Duran, the architect responsible for the rehabilitation project.
Nobody is impassive in this space, a prelude to the interior.
From this first floor, there is a bedroom with a bathroom, full of light.
From this entrance, going up some steps, you can access the interior of the farmhouse through a small distributor where we find the service entrance, and a courtesy bathroom, as well as access to a suite with a full bathroom.

This distributor is from which the day and night areas are articulated. Here you find the access stairway to the first floor of the main building, chaired by an original suspended lamp as a fisherman’s net, providing an unique character. Staircase with glass railing and illuminated retro handrail, gable roof with wooden beams and exposed tile.
The day area is distributed in two floors: on the ground floor, open to this distributor, the kitchen and the dining room, on the first floor the large study room with a suspended fireplace, a courtesy bathroom, and also an outdoor terrace with magnificent views of the town.
All these spaces are open and projected to the garden, with great luminosity, comfort and relaxing views of the pool and the nice garden.
The porch has two different areas. One with direct access to the kitchen, which has a dining area and surrounding the house, the porch chaired by an original sofa ideal for relaxing by the pool, overflowing and with turquoise waters, has a comfortable staircase and a solarium area paved with Ipe wood and an outdoor shower.
The main facade on the pool has a sundial recovered and restored with the help of the Catalan Society of Gnomonica.

The longitudinal body on the ground floor is intended for the night area. Along the central corridor we find 4 suites, one of them with living room and dressing room, all exterior, with high windows, two of which also have views of the garden and the pool.
Outside, the garden with trees and consolidated vegetation, has 1,800 m² of lawn where you can enjoy tranquility and privacy, without noise nor pollution. Several elements harmonize perfectly, the green of the grass, the blue of the water and the stone of the walls.
The auxiliary building, aligned to the wall that defines the farm and which is accessed by the same path of breinco, giving access to the farmhouse, offers a magnificent porch with barbecue, with a chill-out area overlooking the garden. Inside, and located in the space that was the old factory oven, a SPA area with a mini-pool surrounded by Ipe pavement, glass roof and two sun loungers, invites you to relax. We can also find a sauna and a gym.
The criteria of rehabilitation has been fundamentally the respect for the existing structure, the enhancement and valuation of natural light, the interrelation between the exterior and interior spaces and the work with the original materials, the natural stone, the old pavements, the warmth of wood and iron ductility.

Respect for all these original elements has been combined with the criteria of sustainability and comfort. In this sense, the pavements and the roofs have been isolated, the carpentry has been replaced by new wooden carpentry with thermal break and double glazing under emissive with camera, all the lighting with LED technology has also been designed. The air conditioning is carried out by means of radiators and splits complemented with the contribution of two chimneys.
This house is an example of how to gather the charm of a traditional village house, with all the modern comforts and contemporary interior design.
